Many people who say that graffiti is a destroyer of a public place. And they think it is a crime. But graffiti is a really beautiful art when there is in the right place. We can not blame the art of graffiti, but blame the people doing these things because they are actors behind it all. Whether or not a science that depends on people who use them.
